PutraKAP builds verification tools for operations teams. Our first product, DSR Checker, reconciles daily ATM cash against three independent records, so a figure typed in by hand can't quietly hide a shortage.

DSR Checker: daily ATM cash reconciliation
Cash-management teams close every day by proving that the cash loaded into each ATM, the cash dispensed, and the cash brought back all add up. Done by hand, that means opening several documents per terminal and reading raw machine logs. DSR Checker does the comparison for the whole fleet at once.

Replenishment check
Does the cash recorded as loaded match what was reported and what happened in the field?
Return check
The returned-cash count is entered by a person, which makes it the easiest number to adjust. It is tested against two records nobody types in.

- Server-side reconciliation. Journals are compressed in the browser, then parsed and matched in the cloud.
- Live sync. Everyone on the same branch sees the same figures as they change.
- Audit-ready output. Per-terminal reconciliation sheets and full Excel exports.
- Built with Claude Code. One developer, working with AI on every part of the product.
Next
- Decision support for shortages. Rules that say whether a gap can be offset, must wait for the next cycle, or needs investigation.
- More checking work, automated. DSR Checker is the first tool. The same approach applies wherever people compare documents by hand.

PutraKAP is founder-led and self-funded. DSR Checker began as an unpaid project to replace a manual daily routine, and it is now offered to cash-management operators who run the same check.
